I was being sensible, getting on with university coursework and in the corner of my screen pops up a Skype window, yep its Andy.
Ryan Brenizer‘s work was first introduced to me by a close friend (for those who know him, Andy P) and I’ve been a fan since. His site has entered into my daily site check rota. The University of Surrey Students’ Union, with support from the University and Surrey Sports Park organized a Sport Relief Mile Run on campus. It took place on the 25th March 2012. I was one of the days official photographers (although it seems my photos were never shared on the web page 🙁 ). It was a great family style day out and we couldn’t have wished for better weather ! >>>The Complete Album from the day <<< A group shot of the admin team which organized the whole event:
Andy, who is our el presidente had arranged a “for fun” competition
I ran the studio lighting part of the photo societies “Give It a Go” session
Mainly snaps from when I was able to escape from the ingest suite which I promised I would share.
A selection of photos processed so far from our photo society trip to the peak district.
Although these photos were taken a very long time ago but never had the chance to do more than copy them off the card at the time. I had since largely forgotten about them. Even without processing they served their purpose of learning through practice. Both Andy and I wanted some practice with ‘on the spot’ lighting set-ups. So, after a quick scout of the foyer we decided on some photo ideas then lit them in turns. Feedback encouraged 🙂
My Photos from the Summer Roof Party 2011. A lovely evening, thanks to Annelise for making it happen.
