Yi-Ling suggested a Chinese dish with string beans and minced beef.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beef Mince<\/li>\n<li>String Beans<\/li>\n<li>Salted Black Beans (Local Asian foods shop)<\/li>\n<li>Spring Onion<\/li>\n<li>Garlic Cloves<\/li>\n<li>Chilli<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Sugar (Sweetener for low carb)<\/li>\n<li>Soy Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/louisc.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/wpid682-DSC01945.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/louisc.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/wpid682-DSC01945.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Begin by chopping your string beans into 2cm pieces. \u00a0Chop up the garlic, spring onions and chilli evenly as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/louisc.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/wpid688-DSC01950.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/louisc.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/wpid694-DSC01955.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The string beans\u00a0are then pan fried till softened slightly. With this amount the flavour was present but not overpowering. Just try, if you feel you need more then they can be added during the frying \u00a0process.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/louisc.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/wpid686-DSC01949.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/louisc.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/wpid686-DSC01949.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next pan fry the rest of the chopped ingredients and throw in the black beans.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/louisc.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/wpid690-DSC01951.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/louisc.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/wpid690-DSC01951.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once some of the flavour has infused into the oil (don&#8217;t wait too long!) throw in the mince and keep stirring.
